Bashir Ahmed

Career summary
I graduated in Molecular Biology from Quaid I Azam University Islamabad in 2018 on human genetic disorders. My work focused on molecular analysis of Primary Congenital Glaucoma (PCG) disease in humans. I studied pathogenicity and treatment of PCG and reported a novel mutation in the CYP1B1 gene of Primary Congenital Glaucoma (Congenital anomalies, 2019). In addition to my research activity, I served as Lecturer (faculty member of academia) in the Collegiate Branch of Balochistan Education department in Pakistan (2018-2021).
